First, thank you for considering me as your wedding photographer. Your wedding is a once in lifetime event, and I always consider it a privilege to be a part of this special day for my clients. The wedding program consists of my shooting the wedding and reception. Portraits outside of the wedding day I generally treat as a portrait session, however in combination with some wedding packages I may not charge sitting fees; only per print ordered prices. Portraits add an opportunity for formal or candid portraits that might not be as easy to create during the hustle and bustle of the wedding day. Furthermore, a portrait or photo collage of the couple can be presented at the reception for all the guests to admire. While comprehensive planning and preparation are my guidelines, weddings are somewhat fluid events with, subtle last minute changes and quick fixes. I am quite used to such fluctuations and can accommodate and adjust easily and quickly. I am invisible when I need to be yet fully available when needed. This is your day, and while you have numerous things to think about I should not be one of them. I am fully capable of and experienced at working with church and reception venue staff to ensure that all goes smoothly. I always work with at least one assistant who can fill any additional needs. While weddings are unique opportunities for photographs they are not the purpose of the day; therefore, I have a personal philosophy of efficiency and expedience while ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience. After all, this day is about celebrating your lifelong commitment.
