I've been very successful in this business due to my organizational skills, personalized playlists, and level of comfort I am able to offer my clients. I have an initial meeting, set up a constant form of communication for your wedding timeline and personalized playlist, and then meet a month before the wedding. My process allows you all to feel at ease-knowing exactly what you will get. With that, I am also very comfortable on the mic- but I don't overuse the mic. I know what to play and when to play it. However, this is YOUR day and I want you all to put as much input in as you would like. For example, if you LOVE the electric slide I will play it- but if you don't, it is up to you. It's extremely important to me that I make this day exactly what you all want. My process has been very successful- allowing all of us to be on the same page -following the wedding timeline step by step and seeing the general playlist in front of you. This way you know your input is being honored and valued.
I use a laptop, board, wireless mic system, 2 large speakers, 2 stands, and lighting set up for my equipment.
1. Initial Meeting with bride and groom
2. Sign contract
3. First deposit due
4. Google Doc sent containing personalized playlist and wedding timeline
5. Fill out doc/edit
6. Final meeting run through (1 month prior to wedding)
7. Tour and test venue (just Paula- 1 month prior)
8. Remainder payment due and wedding time!
