Evening Star DJ/Karaoke
Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for inquiring into Evening Star for your upcoming wedding reception!
The price for our wedding package of 1 hour of cocktail music, 2 hours of dinner music and 4 hours of party music with a wide variety of lights is $700. If you need me for an additional hour of party music, there is no extra charge, just let me know ahead of time. If you would like to add karaoke, just let me know. There would be no extra charge for that as well.
Should you decide to book us, we would send you an information letter, along with a contract, and give you 3 weeks to return the contract, along with a $50.00 deposit, to hold the date. The remaining amount isn't due until the night of your reception.
Two months prior to your reception, we will send you a wedding reception planning form. This is where we get all the details of what you would specifically like for us to do for you at your wedding reception. For example, whether or not you would like to have a bride/groom dance, a father/daughter dance, a mother/son, dance, a wedding party dance, and what songs you would like for these. It also asks whether or not you would like for us to introduce your wedding party, whether or not you would like to do toasts and by who, as well as whether or not you would like us to introduce your cake cutting. Other information collected at this time would be whether or not you would like to do the bouquet toss and garter toss, whether or not you would like to do the dollar dance, and more! You are more than welcome to provide us with a list of favorite songs that you would like to dance to for fun during the evening or let us know if there are any specific types of music or songs that you would NOT like for us to play. In other words, whatever you want from us that night is exactly what we will do for you!
Once we receive the completed wedding reception form back from you, we go over the form and type up an itinerary based on your responses. Then, one week before the reception we will contact you by phone or we would meet in person to go over the itinerary to make sure that everything that is on it is exactly what you want and to go over any questions. Then, one week after our meeting, Evening Star will arrive at your reception venue and throw you a big party that you and your guests will not soon forget!
You are also welcome to add the following extras:
• Ceremony Music (same room as reception): $50
• Ceremony Music (same building as reception, different room): $100
• Ceremony Music (different location than reception): $150
• Uplighting (I have 16 uplights): $150
• Generator: $75
• Projector and sound for your slide show: $30
• Screen for your slide show: $20
